Duties

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will:

  • Perform a range of HR duties, including recruitment, staffing, benefits administration, labor-employee relations, and compensation.

  • For FV-F level: At least three years of progressively responsible experience or a four-year course of study leading to a bachelor’s degree.
  • For FV-G level and above: Specialized experience in HR functions, such as staffing, benefits administration, and employee relations. Higher education (master’s or doctoral degree) can substitute for experience at some levels.
